Low Sidewall Technology

LSW’s are taking the fields by storm! This new Low Sidewall Technology helps farmers unlock greater productivity on the field. What makes these tires different from the rest? Team Titan at GoodYear has spent several years perfecting this new reinvention of wheel and AG tire hybrid. LSW technology features a larger rim diameter and a smaller sidewall than the standard which decreases the sidewall recoil that often causes road lope and power hop.
 
As Farmers prepare their field rides, they are switching from traditional duals to low sidewall super singles. These LSW’s have been getting excellent feedback from our customers on the field. 
 

FLOTATION

The ability to stay ON the soil, instead of stuck IN it is an extremely valuable quality when it comes to farming. Low Sidewall tires have increased flotation because the weight is distributed over a larger surface area. Less pound per square inch on the ground equals less compaction and less compaction means higher yields, higher yields leads to more money in your pocket. With LSWs, customers will notice 25% less tread depth, equaling less soil disturbance and better flotation.

This year, farmers are looking at wetter field conditions compared to last. The LSW’s perform with a much better grab than duals. Customers consistently report that these giant Low sidewall tires are cleaner on road and leave fewer ruts in the field.
